Job summary

Hilton Grand Vacations Inc. is seeking a Remote In House Sales Manager to drive sales performance in a virtual, performance-driven environment. You will mentor and coach a sales team while promoting the Hilton brand and ensuring top-tier customer service.

The role requires 2+ years in timeshare sales and leadership experience, plus an active real estate license where required. A flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, is needed.

Qualifications

• Mentoring and coaching teammates throughout the sales cycle.
• 2+ years in timeshare sales and 2+ years mentoring or supervising teams.
• Experience closing sales or managing sales teams.
• Active state real estate license (if required in state of residence).
• Must reside in a state where Hilton has broker relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales line through mentoring, modeling and reinforcing effective sales and customer service practices.
• Generate maximum sales efficiencies while maintaining targeted net sales volume.
• Promote Hilton Grand Vacations branding and culture.
• Maintain professional image upholding integrity, quality and service.
• Be comfortable working in a virtual environment and on camera during training.
