Hilton Grand Vacations Inc. is seeking a Remote In House Sales Manager to drive timeshare sales with a focus on efficiency, leadership and customer service.

You will mentor the sales team, close deals, and ensure adherence to brand standards while operating in a virtual, performance-driven setting. The role requires experience in timeshare sales, strong knowledge of CRM tools, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Competenze

• 2+ years mentoring, coaching or supervising team members.
• Approximately 2+ years front-to-back sales experience in timeshare sales.
• Prior experience closing sales or sales management.
• Proficiency navigating Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral and Outlook.

• Generate maximum sales efficiencies while maintaining targeted net sales volume.
• Supervise and lead the sales line through mentoring and modeling effective practices.
