Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Time Entry & Compliance Analyst to work fully remote. The role ensures time entries and invoices comply with client Outside Counsel Guidelines, partnering with CRMs, billing specialists, and clients to improve billing accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a paralegal or attorney handling insurance related work.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a law firm environment preferred.
• Advanced expertise of client Outside Counsel Guidelines (OCGs).
• Strong ability to interpret audit findings and craft persuasive narratives.

Responsibilities

• Audit daily time entries and pre-bills for designated clients and recommend corrections.
• Revise time entries to ensure compliance with billing rules.
• Prepare and submit invoice appeals to recover fees and reduce audits.
• Translate OCG requirements into actionable timekeeper guidance.
• Develop client-specific time entry guides and provide training.
• Deliver targeted coaching and communicate changes to stakeholders.
