Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Time Entry & Compliance Analyst to remotely support our nationwide client base. The role focuses on ensuring time entries and invoices align with Outside Counsel Guidelines (OCGs), reducing audit exposure, and improving billing accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a paralegal or attorney handling insurance related work.
• Experience on a billing compliance team in a law firm is acceptable.
• Experience as a bill auditor for an insurance company is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Audit daily time entries and pre-bills for designated clients, identifying noncompliant entries and recommending corrections.
• Prepare and submit invoice appeals to recover fees; draft narratives based on client OCGs.
• Analyze OCGs and ingest into Laurel to build timekeeper-facing compliance rules.
• Deliver targeted training to timekeepers and coordinate with Billing, e-Billing and Revenue Cycle Operations.
