Husch Blackwell LLP seeks a Time Entry & Compliance Analyst to ensure time entries and invoices comply with client Outside Counsel Guidelines (OCGs). The role partners with CRMs, billing specialists, and clients to improve billing accuracy and reduce audit exposure.

You will review daily entries, prepare appeals, analyze OCGs, and develop client-specific time entry guides. Strong communication and coaching skills are essential in a fully remote environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a paralegal or attorney handling insurance related work.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a law firm environment preferred.
• Advanced expertise of client Outside Counsel Guidelines (OCGs) and legal billing rules.
• Strong analytical ability with persuasive, evidence-based narratives.
• Exceptional communication and coaching skills across all levels.

Aufgaben

• Audit and Compliance Review: review time entries and pre-bills for nonconformity and suggest corrections.
• Appeals and Recovery: prepare and submit invoice appeals to recover fees.
• OCG Analysis and Systems Administration: analyze OCGs and ingest into Laurel system with rules.
• Training and Stakeholder Communication: deliver targeted training and communicate guideline changes to stakeholders.
