Job summary

Element Technologies, a premier IT outsourcing firm, is seeking a Tier 1 Service Desk Engineer (Inside Service Engineer) to provide frontline support for clients, manage tickets, and assist with new user setups. The role is remote with nationwide coverage and involves working with ConnectWise PSA and IT Glue to document issues and resolutions.

You will handle desktops and basic networking, respond to incidents promptly, and collaborate with service teams to keep client environments running

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting end users in a service desk or help desk environment.
• Basic understanding of firewalls, switches, and desktop computers is helpful.
• Comfortable with basic networking concepts and customer-facing support.

Responsibilities

• Manage tickets using ConnectWise PSA and adhere to SLA targets.
• Provide remote support for client desktops and virtualized environments.
• Create and maintain accurate documentation in IT Glue.
• Collaborate with service teams to resolve issues and keep systems running smoothly.
• Participate in team meetings to stay aligned and informed.
