You will work with ConnectWise PSA, IT Glue, and other tools, ensuring accurate documentation and timely issue resolution while collaborating with the service team to deliver strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree and 1–5 years of service center support experience.
• Certifications (general and at least one in a specialized area) - A+ or Network+ preferred.
• Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID/Azure AD, IT Glue, ConnectWise PSA (ConnectWise Manage), and N-able/N-central RMM.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site technical support to end users.
• Resolve printer issues and password resets; troubleshoot MFA and antivirus alerts.
• Maintain accurate documentation using ITGlue and ConnectWise PSA; manage tickets.
