Element Technologies is seeking a Tier 1 Service Desk Engineer to join our nationwide remote team. You will help users by resolving technical issues, onboarding new users, and maintaining accurate tickets in ConnectWise PSA and IT Glue, while collaborating with peers to keep client environments running smoothly.

The role emphasizes customer service, basic networking knowledge, and the ability to work from anywhere in the United States.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree and 1–5 years of service desk experience.
• Experience supporting end users in a service desk or help desk environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with MSP environments and relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide end-user technical support and troubleshoot issues.
• Manage tickets using ConnectWise PSA and document in IT Glue.
• Assist with user onboarding and remote deployments.
• Collaborate with service teams to keep client environments performing well.
