Job summary

EOLA Power is seeking an Account Executive (Tier 1) to scope UPS replacements, battery upgrades, bypass systems, repairs, and PM programs. You will conduct site visits, build proposals, and manage your sales pipeline with support from Inside Sales, Contracting, Engineering, and Field Service teams.

In this remote role, you will actively engage your territory, meeting clients, visiting sites, attending trade shows, and traveling to drive revenue.

• Comfortable in industrial environments and field settings.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Curious about electrical, mechanical, batteries, and generators.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to scope UPS replacements, battery upgrades, bypass systems, repairs, and PM programs.
• Conduct site visits, build proposals, and manage your pipeline.
• Work closely with Inside Sales, Contracting, Engineering, and Field Service teams.
• Build long-term relationships across healthcare, industrial, municipal, and commercial markets.
• Maintain disciplined follow-up, organization, and CRM accuracy.
