Job summary

American Red Cross is hiring a Part-Time Tier 1 Customer Service Agent for our Training Services Team. The role is remote and open to candidates located anywhere in the United States, starting on or around January 4, 2027.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: 1 year of customer service, sales, or call center experience preferred.
• Skills & Abilities: Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, strong verbal and written communication, ability to work in a remote call center environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and email inquiries from learners, instructors and organizations.
• Use computer systems and job aids to provide resolution and update records.
• Handle basic inquiries (account maintenance, class info, usage issues) and meet production targets.
