Job summary

The American Red Cross is seeking a Part-Time Tier 1 Customer Service Agent to support the Training Services Team. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish and provide outstanding service from a remote location in the United States.

Responsibilities include handling inbound calls and emails, updating records, and guiding volunteers while meeting production targets and following procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of customer service, sales, or call center experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolve inquiries and update account records.
• Maintain daily production standards and meet KPIs.
