Job summary

American Red Cross is seeking Part-Time Tier 1 Customer Service Agents to support our Training Services Team in a remote setting across the United States. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.

This role handles inbound calls and emails, maintains records, and assists learners and instructors. Work 25 hours weekly with 4–5 days, primarily afternoons/evenings ET, starting around January 4, 2027.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of customer service, sales, or call center experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to work in a fast-paced, work-from-home environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and emails from learners and instructors; resolve inquiries.
• Use system information to update records and document resolutions.
• Handle basic inquiries such as account maintenance and class information.
