Job summary

The American Red Cross is seeking Part-Time Tier 1 Customer Service Agents to support our Training Services Team. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.

This remote position is available nationwide and will start on or around January 4th, 2027. You will handle inquiries, maintain accounts, meet production targets, and provide guidance to volunteers while following procedures and regulations.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience: 1 year of customer service, sales, or call center preferred.
• Skills: Excellent customer service, problem solving, and communication abilities; ability to use computer applications in a fast-paced virtual call center.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and emails from learners, instructors, and organizations and resolve issues.
• Update account records and note reason and resolution of inquiries.
• Handle basic inquiries like account maintenance, class information, and RCLC usage issues.
• Maintain daily production standards and assist volunteers as needed.
• Route complex problems appropriately and perform other duties as assigned.
