American Red Cross is seeking Part-Time Tier 1 Customer Service Agents to support our Training Services Team. This remote position is available nationwide in the United States and will start around January 4th, 2027.

The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish and committed to delivering outstanding customer service, answering inbound calls and emails, and resolving issues with accuracy and patience.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or equivalent required.
• Experience: 1 year of customer service, sales, or call center preferred.
• Skills: Excellent customer service and problem-solving, strong communication, and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Answer inbound calls and emails from learners and instructors and resolve issues.
• Update account records and document reason and resolution of inquiries.
• Maintain daily production standards and provide guidance to volunteers.
• Follow standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Triage complex problems and route callers as needed.
