Job summary

LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced Collections Specialists for a 100% remote role nationwide. You will manage inbound/outbound calls, negotiate settlements, and strive to meet recovery goals while staying compliant with federal and state laws.

Requirements include a minimum of 2 years in third-party debt collection, high school diploma, excellent communication, knowledge of debt collection regulations, and bilingual English/Spanish.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate settlements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Working knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to maintain a professional remote workspace for confidential conversations.
• Experience in high-volume collections environments.
• Familiarity with skip-tracing tools and collection management systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
• History of meeting or exceeding collection goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned portfolios and prioritize activities to maximize recovery.
• Maintain accurate, detailed account documentation.
• Ensure professional, compliant customer interactions.
