Job summary

LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking remote Collections Specialists to join a nationwide team. If you have at least 2 years of third-party debt collection experience, strong negotiation skills, and bilingual English/Spanish communication, you could excel in a high-volume, performance-driven environment.

This 100% remote role lets you work from home within approved states, with a Monday–Friday schedule between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM and opportunities to earn more through performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in third-party debt collection.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements.
• Use skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers.
• Manage assigned portfolios and prioritize recovery.
• Meet or exceed collection goals.
• Maintain accurate account documentation.
• Provide professional, respectful interactions.
• Ensure compliance with debt collection laws and company policies.
