LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking an experienced Collections Specialist to join our remote, nationwide team. You will manage inbound/outbound calls, negotiate payment plans, and aim to maximize recoveries while upholding regulatory compliance.

This 100% remote role requires at least 2 years in third-party debt collection, strong negotiation, bilingual English/Spanish, and comfort with skip-tracing tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third–party debt collection experience.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate successful payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Working knowledge of applicable debt collection laws and regulations.
• Ability to maintain a professional, distraction–minimized remote workspace suitable for confidential customer conversations.
• Experience working in a high–volume collections environment.
• Familiarity with skip–tracing tools and collection management systems.
• Previous experience consistently meeting or exceeding collection goals.

Responsabilités

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement agreements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Utilize skip–tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage account portfolios and prioritize collection activities to maximize recovery opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Deliver professional, respectful customer interactions while navigating difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local collection laws and company policies.
