Job summary

LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced Collections Specialists to join a 100% remote nationwide team. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, negotiate settlements, and ensure compliance while delivering results.

This role requires at least 2 years in third-party debt collection, bilingual English/Spanish abilities, and knowledge of skip-tracing tools and collection management systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third–party debt collection experience.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate successful payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Working knowledge of applicable debt collection laws and regulations.
• Ability to maintain a professional, confidential remote workspace.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement agreements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Utilize skip–tracing tools and investigative techniques to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned account portfolios and prioritize collection activities to maximize recovery opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation and ensure compliance with laws and policies.
• Deliver professional, respectful customer interactions while navigating difficult conversations.
