Job summary

LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced Remote Collections Specialists to join our team. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, negotiate settlements, and work toward recovery goals while maintaining regulatory compliance.

This remote, weekday role requires at least 2 years in third-party debt collection, bilingual English/Spanish, and the ability to create professional, confidential workspaces from home.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Proven ability to negotiate payment arrangements and settlements.
• Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
• Ability to maintain a professional remote workspace for confidential conversations.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound/outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers' finances.
• Use skip-tracing to locate borrowers and assets.
• Prioritize accounts to maximize recovery opportunities.
• Meet or exceed individual and department performance goals.
• Maintain accurate account documentation.
• Provide professional, respectful customer interactions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and policies.
