Job summary

LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced Collections Specialists for a 100% remote, nationwide position. You will manage delinquent accounts, negotiate payment plans, and use skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in third‑party collections, strong negotiation, and bilingual English/Spanish communication. A high school diploma is required, and the role supports remote work across approved states.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third–party debt collection experience.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate successful payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Working knowledge of applicable debt collection laws and regulations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
• Previous experience consistently meeting or exceeding collection goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement agreements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Utilize skip–tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned account portfolios and prioritize collection activities to maximize recovery.
• Work toward individual and departmental performance goals.
• Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Deliver professional, respectful customer interactions while handling difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
