LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced Collections Specialists for 100% remote work to support a nationwide team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, negotiate settlements, and manage portfolios while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in third‑party debt collection, strong negotiation, and bilingual English/Spanish skills. This remote role requires a professional remote workspace and adherence to state regulations.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of third‑party debt collection experience.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Working knowledge of applicable debt collection laws and regulations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to maintain a professional, distraction–minimized remote workspace.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement agreements based on borrowers' financial situations.
• Utilize skip‑tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned account portfolios and prioritize collection activities to maximize recovery.
• Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Deliver professional customer interactions while navigating difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local collection laws and company policies.
