Job summary

LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking an experienced Collections Specialist for a 100% remote role. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, negotiate payment plans, and apply skip-tracing techniques to locate borrowers while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Work is Monday–Friday between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM, with additional earning potential based on performance. Candidates must have at least 2 years in third‑party collections and be fluent in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of third‑party debt collection experience.
• Ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Familiarity with debt collection laws and regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Remote-work capable in a confidential, distraction‑free space.
• Experience in a high‑volume collections environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding collection goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions.
