LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking a Remote Collections Specialist to join our team. This role concentrates on negotiating resolutions on delinquent accounts while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include handling inbound/outbound calls, setting payment arrangements, and using skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers. A strong track record in high-volume collections and bilingual English/Spanish abilities are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in third-party debt collection.
• Ability to manage accounts and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Working knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional remote workspace for confidential conversations.
• Experience in a high-volume collections environment.
• Familiarity with skip-tracing tools and collection systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication.
• Proven record of meeting collection goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
