Job summary

LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking an experienced Collections Specialist to join a nationwide remote team. You will negotiate, skip-trace, and manage delinquent accounts while maintaining compliance and professional standards.

This 100% remote role requires strong communication skills, at least 2 years in third‑party debt collection, and the ability to work from a distraction‑free home office. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of third–party debt collection experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
• Ability to work in a high-volume collections environment.
• Familiarity with debt collection laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements.
• Use skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned portfolios to maximize recovery.
• Meet individual and departmental performance goals.
• Maintain accurate account documentation.
