Job summary

LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced Remote Collections Specialists to join our team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, negotiate payment plans, and use skip-tracing tools to locate accounts while ensuring regulatory compliance.

We reward performance with additional earning potential and a weekday schedule. The role requires a minimum of 2 years in third-party debt collection and bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate successful payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Working knowledge of applicable debt collection laws and regulations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiating payment arrangements and settlement agreements based on borrowers' individual financial circumstances.
• Utilizing skip-tracing tools and investigative techniques to locate borrowers and relevant assets.
• Managing assigned account portfolios and prioritizing collection activities to maximize recovery opportunities.
• Consistently working toward individual and departmental performance goals.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Delivering professional, respectful customer interactions while navigating difficult conversations.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and local collection laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
