LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced Collections Specialists to join a nationwide remote team. The role focuses on negotiating resolutions, setting up payment plans, and maintaining compliant practices while handling high-volume calls from a home office.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in third-party collections, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work in a distraction-free remote workspace. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third–party debt collection experience.
• Ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate successful payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Working knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to maintain a professional, distraction–minimized remote workspace for confidential conversations.
• Experience in a high–volume collections environment.
• Familiarity with skip–tracing tools and collection management systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Managing inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiating payment arrangements and settlement agreements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Utilizing skip–tracing tools and investigative techniques to locate borrowers and assets.
• Managing assigned account portfolios and prioritizing collection activities to maximize recovery opportunities.
• Consistently working toward individual and departmental performance goals.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Delivering professional, respectful customer interactions while navigating difficult conversations.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and local collection laws and company policies.
