LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking a Remote Collections Specialist to join our team from home. The role focuses on inbound/outbound calls, negotiation of settlements, and adherence to regulatory requirements while maintaining high-quality customer interactions.

Candidates should have at least 2 years in third-party collections, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work in a high-volume, performance-driven environment. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate successful payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Working knowledge of applicable debt collection laws and regulations.
• Must have a professional remote workspace for confidential conversations.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Use skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Prioritize collection activities to maximize recoveries.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and customer interactions with professionalism.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local collection laws and company policies.
