Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in third-party debt collection.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate successful payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and prioritize recovery opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable collection laws and company policy.
