LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced remote Collections Specialists to join a nationwide team. This role focuses on negotiating resolutions, skip-tracing, and maintaining compliant, professional customer interactions from home.

You bring at least 2 years of third-party debt collection experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently. We offer a 100% remote schedule, performance-based commission, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
• Professionalism, reliability, accountability, and a positive attitude.
• Working knowledge of applicable debt collection laws and regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to maintain a professional, distraction-minimized remote workspace suitable for confidential customer conversations.
• Reliable internet connectivity sufficient to perform job responsibilities.
• Ability to remain available, responsive, and productive throughout scheduled working hours.
• Must reside and work in an LCS-approved state.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers' finances.
• Use skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and relevant assets.
• Manage account portfolios and prioritize collection activities.
• Maintain accurate account documentation.
• Deliver professional, respectful customer interactions while navigating difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local collection laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain consistent communication with management and team members while working remotely.
