LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking an experienced Remote Collections Specialist to join a nationwide team. You will negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts, set up payment plans, and use skip-tracing tools to locate debtors while maintaining compliance and professional communication.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of third‑party debt collection experience, strong negotiation and verbal skills, and the ability to work independently from a distraction‑free home office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in third-party debt collection.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to manage accounts and negotiate payment plans.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local collection laws.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers' finances.
• Use skip-tracing techniques to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned portfolios and prioritize collections to maximize recovery.
• Maintain accurate, thorough account documentation.
• Interact professionally in a remote setting while meeting performance goals.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
• Maintain communication with management and team while working remotely.
