You will negotiate settlements, locate borrowers with skip-tracing tools, and manage portfolios while ensuring compliance with laws and company policies. A results-driven, professional attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate settlements.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening.
• Ability to work independently while meeting team goals.
• Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers' financials.
• Use skip-tracing and investigations to locate borrowers and assets.
• Prioritize portfolios to maximize recovery opportunities.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Deliver professional, respectful interactions while working remotely.
• Communicate with management and team to achieve targets.
