Job summary

LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced Remote Collections Specialists to join our nationwide team from home. Manage inbound and outbound calls, negotiate resolutions, and maintain compliant, professional interactions.

You will use skip-tracing tools, prioritize accounts, and work toward performance goals while adhering to debt collection laws. This 100% remote role offers a commissions structure and a schedule Monday–Friday within 7:00 AM–6:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate successful payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
• Professionalism, reliability, accountability, and a positive attitude.
• Working knowledge of applicable debt collection laws and regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to maintain a professional, distraction-minimized remote workspace.
• Reliable internet connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement agreements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned account portfolios and prioritize collection activities.
• Work toward individual and departmental performance goals.
• Maintain accurate account documentation.
• Deliver professional, respectful customer interactions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local collection laws and company policies.
• Maintain communication with management and remote team.
