Job summary

LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced Remote Collections Specialists to join a nationwide team from a home-based setting. You will negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts, arrange payments, and leverage skip-tracing to locate borrowers while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
• Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers' financial situations.
• Use skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned portfolios and prioritize collections to maximize recovery.
• Maintain detailed and accurate account documentation.
• Deliver professional, respectful customer interactions while handling difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
• Maintain remote workspace and communicate with management and team.
