LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced remote Collections Specialists to join a nationwide team. The role focuses on negotiating resolutions, maintaining compliance, and delivering results from a home-based setup.

Requires 2+ years in third-party debt collection, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Comp includes commission potential, with standard benefits and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while meeting goals.
• Knowledge of applicable debt collection laws and regulations.
• Professionalism, reliability, and confidentiality in a remote workspace.
• Must reside in an LCS-approved state for remote work.

Responsabilités

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers' financials.
• Use skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Prioritize accounts to maximize recovery opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Deliver professional, respectful customer interactions during difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local collection laws and company policies.
• Communicate progress with management and teammates while working remotely.
