You will negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts, establish payment arrangements, and leverage skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers, all while maintaining professional, compliant interactions from a home office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.

• Professional, reliable, and confidential with remote workspace.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers' finances.
• Use skip-tracing and investigative methods to locate borrowers.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and reporting.
