LCS Financial Services Corporation is hiring Remote Collections Specialists to join a nationwide team. You will negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts, set up payment plans, and use skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualified candidates have at least 2 years in third-party debt collection, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work independently from a remote home office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate successful payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.

Responsabilités

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement agreements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned portfolios and prioritize collection activities to maximize recovery.
