Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in third‑party collections, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a high‑volume, remote environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in third‑party debt collection.
• Ability to manage accounts and negotiate payment plans.
• Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
• Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
• Professional, distraction‑free remote workspace for confidential calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers’ finances.
• Use skip‑ tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Prioritize accounts to maximize recovery opportunities.
• Maintain accurate account documentation.
• Deliver professional, respectful customer interactions during difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local collection laws and company policies.
