LCS Financial Services Corporation is hiring Remote Collections Specialists to join a nationwide, home-based team. You will manage delinquent accounts, negotiate settlements, and leverage skip-tracing tools to maximize recoveries while upholding strict regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in third-party collections, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate successful payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
• Professionalism, reliability, accountability, and a positive attitude.
• Working knowledge of applicable debt collection laws and regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to maintain a professional, distraction-minimized remote workspace suitable for confidential conversations.
• Reliable internet connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement agreements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned account portfolios and prioritize collection activities to maximize recovery.
• Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Deliver professional, respectful customer interactions while navigating difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable collection laws and company policies.
• Maintain communication with management and team while working remotely.
