Job summary

LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced Remote Collections Specialists to join our team. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, negotiate payment arrangements, and leverage skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers.

This remote role requires a strong compliance mindset and ability to work in a high-volume environment. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in third-party debt collection, excellent communication skills, and experience with collection management systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Ability to manage accounts and negotiate payments.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements based on borrowers' finances.
• Use skip-tracing to locate borrowers and assets.
• Prioritize accounts to maximize recovery opportunities.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and meet performance goals.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local collection laws and policies.
