Talkiatry is seeking independently licensed therapists for 100% remote, outpatient practice in the United States. You will provide structured, evidence-based care with flexible scheduling within a supportive network.

We offer predictable W-2 compensation, full benefits, and a robust operations team handling scheduling, billing, intake, credentialing and licensing to minimize admin tasks.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent).
• Active, unrestricted license; multi-state licensing support available.
• Two or more independent and active state licenses (except for CA, NY and MA).
• Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload.
• Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or structured clinical settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• 100% remote, outpatient therapy.
• Lower to moderate acuity populations (e.g., anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD).
• Standard session lengths (60-minute intakes and follow-ups).
• Consistent outpatient caseload with defined, transparent goals.
• No inpatient, IOP/PHP, or crisis-call responsibilities.
• In-house referral network to/from psychiatrists.
• Full operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing.
