Job summary

Talkiatry is seeking independently licensed therapists to join our fully remote outpatient team. You will provide 100% remote therapy with a predictable W-2 track and comprehensive benefits, including full health coverage and retirement matching.

Operate in a structured outpatient model with defined caseloads, clear expectations, and minimal administrative burden so you can focus on delivering evidence-based care to diverse populations.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license (multi-state licensing support available)
• Two or more independent and active state licenses (except CA, NY and MA)
• Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload

Responsibilities

• 100% remote, outpatient therapy
• Lower to moderate acuity populations (anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD)
• 60-minute intakes and follow-ups
• Consistent outpatient caseload with defined, transparent goals
• In-house operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing
