Job summary

Talkiatry is a virtual mental health practice offering 100% remote outpatient therapy with predictable W-2 compensation and full benefits. Clinicians work within a structured outpatient model, maintaining defined caseloads and clear documentation standards.

The role supports independently licensed therapists with multi-state licensing and in-house operational assistance, ensuring clinicians can focus on delivering evidence-based care with minimal administrative burden.

Qualifications

• Independent licensure in at least one state with multi-state licensing support.
• Two or more independent and active state licenses (except CA, NY and MA).
• Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload.
• Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making.
• Experience in outpatient mental health settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote outpatient therapy.
• Manage a regular caseload with defined treatment goals.
• No inpatient, IOP/PHP, or crisis-management responsibilities.
• Coordinate with scheduling, billing, intake, credentialing and licensing teams.
• Deliver evidence-based therapies (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care).
