Job summary

Talkiatry seeks independently licensed therapists for a fully remote outpatient role. You’ll manage a consistent caseload, with standard 60-minute sessions, while receiving comprehensive scheduling, billing, intake, credentialing, and licensing support.

We offer a W-2 position with full benefits and incentives, enabling a stable practice with flexible scheduling within a structured outpatient model.

Qualifications

• Independent licensed therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent) with active, unrestricted license
• Multi-state licensing support available to enable practice across states
• Two or more independent, active state licenses (except CA, NY, MA) are highly preferred

Responsibilities

• 100% remote, outpatient therapy with standard 60-minute sessions
• Manage a consistent outpatient caseload with defined goals
• No inpatient, IOP/PHP, or crisis-call duties
• In-house referral network with psychiatrists and full operational support
