Job summary

Talkiatry is seeking independently licensed therapists for a fully remote outpatient practice. You will handle 100% remote therapy with defined caseload expectations and minimal administrative burden.

We offer predictable W-2 compensation, full benefits, and a pathway with incentives up to $20k. Licensure support and licensing costs are covered, and a comprehensive operational infrastructure backs your clinical work.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent).
• Active, unrestricted license (multi-state licensing support available).
• Two or more independent and active state licenses (except for CA, NY and MA).
• Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and independent decision-making.
• Comfort practicing in a fast-paced but sustainable outpatient environment.
• Experience from outpatient, community mental health, hospital, IOP, or other structured clinical settings is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• 100% remote, outpatient therapy.
• Lower to moderate acuity populations (anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, others).
• Standard session lengths (60-minute intakes and follow-ups).
• Consistent outpatient caseload with defined, transparent goals.
• No inpatient, IOP/PHP, or crisis-call responsibilities.
• In-house referral network to/from psychiatrists.
• Full operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing.
