Talkiatry is a virtual mental health practice designed to support clinicians with high-quality outpatient care and broad access to patients in need.

We offer 100% remote, full-time or part-time W-2 employment with robust benefits, licensing support, and an in-house operational team that handles scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing to let you focus on patient care.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent).
• Active, unrestricted license (multi-state licensing support available).
• Two or more independent and active state licenses (except for CA, NY and MA).
• Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and independent decision-making.

Responsibilities

• 100% remote, outpatient therapy.
• Lower to moderate acuity populations (e.g. anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD).
• Standard session lengths (60-minute intakes and follow-ups).
• Consistent outpatient caseload with defined, transparent goals.
• No inpatient, IOP/PHP, or crisis-call responsibilities.
• In-house referral network to/from psychiatrists.
• Full operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing.
