Job summary

Talkiatry is seeking independently licensed therapists for 100% remote, outpatient care. You will manage a consistent caseload, deliver evidence-based therapy, and work within structured, supportive guidelines to ensure high-quality care. This role emphasizes clinical autonomy with access to leadership for optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent).
• Active, unrestricted license with multi-state licensing support.
• Two or more independent licensed states preferred (except CA/NY/MA).
• Ability to manage a consistent outpatient caseload.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote outpatient therapy sessions.
• Maintain a defined, transparent caseload with set goals.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership as needed; no inpatient or crisis work.
• Offer evidence-based modalities within established standards.
