Job summary

Talkiatry is a virtual mental health practice seeking independently licensed therapists to join our remote outpatient team. This role offers 100% remote, outpatient therapy with a predictable W‑2 compensation package and full benefits.

You will manage a consistent outpatient caseload, with low crisis responsibilities, supported by in-house scheduling, billing, credentialing, and licensing assistance. Licensing across multiple states is encouraged to expand access to care.

Qualifications

• Independent, licensed outpatient therapist with multiple state licenses.
• Active, unrestricted license.
• Comfort managing outpatient caseload.
• Experience with CBT/ACT/MI/DBT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote, outpatient therapy.
• Manage a consistent outpatient caseload with defined goals.
• No inpatient, crisis, or IOP/PHP responsibilities.
• Collaborate with in-house scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing.
• Utilize evidence-based modalities in care delivery.
