Job summary

Talkiatry is seeking independently licensed therapists for 100% remote outpatient care. Work with lower to moderate acuity populations, conduct 60-minute sessions, and manage a consistent caseload with clear goals.

No inpatient, crisis calls, or IOP/PHP responsibilities, with in-house scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing support. You’ll practice independently with access to clinical leadership and a built-in referral network.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license with multi-state licensing support.
• Two or more independent state licenses (except CA, NY and MA).
• Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload.
• Experience in outpatient mental health settings is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote, outpatient therapy with 60-minute sessions.
• Maintain a consistent caseload with defined, transparent goals.
• Avoid inpatient, IOP/PHP, or crisis-call responsibilities.
• Collaborate with in-house scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing teams.
• Deliver evidence-based care with clinical leadership available for consultation.
