Job summary

Hourly, a fintech company, is hiring a Territory Sales Manager to drive new business across small and mid-sized US businesses. This field-based, remote role offers a base salary plus commissions and residual income.

You will own your territory, generate pipelines, close 4+ SMB accounts monthly, and develop referral partnerships with CPAs, brokers, and financial advisors. OTE $100k–$120k at plan.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of B2B field or territory sales experience.
• Experience in payroll, HCM, workers' comp, or insurance domains.
• Proven new-logo hunter with outbound prospecting.
• Comfort selling to SMB owners in construction, restaurant, and service industries.
• Experience managing short sales cycles in high-volume environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with ability to plan and execute within a territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate pipeline with 3–4x coverage.
• Close 4+ new SMB accounts per month.
• Manage full sales cycle from outreach to payroll run.
• Build referral partnerships with CPAs, brokers, financial advisors, and banks.
• Forecast accurately with CRM hygiene and deal-stage accuracy.
• Collaborate with Customer Success for onboarding and retention.
• Provide market feedback to inform product and GTM strategy.
