Job summary

Hourly, Inc. seeks a Territory Sales Manager to drive new business selling an integrated payroll and insurance solution to SMBs nationwide. This remote role emphasizes high activity, short sales cycles, and building a referral network with CPAs, brokers, and advisors.

You will own the full sales cycle, target 8+ new accounts monthly, and leverage a dedicated enablement team and CRM tools to ensure strong onboarding and retention. Compensation includes base salary and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years B2B field or territory sales experience in payroll, HCM, workers' comp, or insurance.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Proven hunter with a track record of exceeding new-logo quotas.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to present fintech solutions simply.

Responsibilities

• Drive outbound activity to generate 3–4x pipeline coverage through cold outreach, referrals, and local events.
• Own the full sales cycle from discovery and platform demos to proposal development and closing the first payroll run.
• Consistently close 8+ new accounts per month to meet and exceed territorial production objectives.
